  • Repack LifeGlider (we recommend keeping the original box) and send via Fedex using the provided label. For the nearest Federal Express location to you, go to Fedex.com and click on Locations.
  • Once LifeGlider is received, it will be checked and tested for usability and condition. LifeGlider must be in the same "like new" condition to receive a refund.
  • When LifeGlider is certified by our quality team, your refund will be applied to the credit card used for purchase. You will be notified via email regarding your refund.
